Who is Eligible?

This valuable protection is reserved for Philadelphia Bar members and their spouse/partners residing in the U.S., under age 65 for the Term Life policy; under age 70 for the 10-Year Level Term Life policy; and dependent children between 14 days and 18 years (24, if a full-time student) for either life policy. This coverage is not available to the general public and is contingent upon membership with the Philadelphia Bar.
